There will be a WINTER PARKING BAN on Town Highways and Village Streets between the hours of MIDNIGHT AND 07:00AM in effect as of NOVEMBER 15 - MAY 15.
Vehicles left on the Town Highways, Village Streets or Right-of-Ways will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner's expense.
The Town of Morristown would also like to remind those who are doing winter plowing that they are not to plow and leave snow in and /or on the Town/Village Highways or sidewalks. This is hazardous to motorists and carries a fine of up to $1,000. Prosecution and penalties for obstructing Town Highways apply as citied in V.S.A. 19 § 1105. The Town requests that plow operators adhere to this policy.
