The Zoning office receives, processes, and maintains records on all applications for zoning septic, and access permits. Permits are required for all structures, changes of use, and land subdivisions. Uses listed in Morrisville/Morristown Zoning & Subdivision Bylaws as Permitted Uses may be approved by the Zoning Administrator without public hearing. All other uses must be reviewed and approved by the Morrisville/Morristown Development Review Board following a duly warned public hearing.
